Because the pet portraits / coasters are custom made for you, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help. Just reach out within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
SHIPPING INFO
Orders with coasters ship within 5 business days. If we experience high order volume (like holidays or special promos), shipping may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving. Delivery times depend on the carrier, but most orders arrive within their estimated window.
