Because our mystery boxes are custom-built using Picks randomly drawn from our "treat jars," every box is a one-of-a-kind surprise. For that reason, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right. 🐾
